Two people have been arrested after a vehicle theft Wednesday night in Oklahoma City, police say. Oklahoma City Police said officers attempted to stop a vehicle near Northwest 16th Street and North MacArthur Boulevard when it hit a curb, went airborne and caught on fire. OCPD said a K-9 Officer caught the driver, and officers arrested the passenger, and also said they later found the person whose car was stolen walking along Interstate 44.
