Where Your Donation Goes
The Archdiocese of Denver allocates donations from the ACA annually to ministries and charitable organizations all across Northern Colorado. The funds are distributed based on need, and last year 14% went to Catholic schools, 13% to seminaries and religious orders, 11% to Catholic charities, and 11% to parish rebates. This accounted for just the top four supported areas. Still, many other places also benefited from these generous donations, such as camps and outdoor science education, Hispanic ministry, black catholic ministry, and Catholic Charities. The ACA is working to ensure all ministries in Northern Colorado have the resources they need to continue their essential work. ACA donors are usually women around 65-70 years old; however, recent data has shown that the age of donors is moving toward a younger demographic of women 52 years old. Whatever demographic you fit into, you will see that your donation makes a difference. It also supports schools that teach children and grandchildren valuable lessons about faith and morality.
