Lorrie, 7

Lorrie, Dog

Poor Lorrie has a kind and beautiful soul despite what she has gone through. She is heartworm positive (currently going through treatment), missing hair on most of her body, and was found as a stray with no one looking for her. Lorrie has a very calm nature (meaning she won't sing you the song of her people all day long!) and will be calm and collected most of the time. She is eager to meet people and loves to lounge around lying in her bed or snuggling with her humans. When I met with her at the shelter, more than once, she was extremely friendly, loving, and simply wanted to get as much attention as she could. Consider adopting her here!

Warrior, 7

Warrior, Cat

Warrior is a blind but sweet old man who is simply looking for a home who can provide him love, lots of scratches, and a place to lounge around. He responded to sounds when I would make them, but was otherwise oblivious that I was there, except when I touched him or made a noise. When I reached out to pet him, he rubbed his head into my hand asking for scratches and was overall a very sweet guy! Please adopt him, here!

Rocket, 3

Rocket, Beagle

Those ears ... they are his most prominent feature! Since he is a beagle, Rocket loves to sing, so he will need a home where he can bellow away as he pleases. He thinks with his nose first, is as stubborn as he can be, and is food-motivated, so be sure to stock up on plenty of treats. Rocket is a very affectionate guy who just loves anybody and everybody, so he's the perfect family man. Consider him here!

Benny, 1

He gets along with children and other cats, so he's the full package. He requires a family that can provide him plenty of attention and snuggles since he loves to be around humans quite a lot—that's not a lot to ask. Adopt him here!

Rapinof is a fun dog to be around because of her playful nature and big smile on her face at all times! She was found as a stray but her family never came looking for her, so she needs a home pronto! If you think you can come searching for this girl, check her out here!

Benny, 10

Benny, Silver Tabby

This poor soul has been through a lot lately—he was shuffled back and forth between two family members and then was surrendered when the resident cat was uncomfortable. He is a very gentle kitty who loves to snuggle up on your lap and show you how much he loves you. He's also cool with other cats as long as they are nice to him. If you can give him a permanent place to call home, consider him here!

Ava, 1.5

Ava, Dog

Ava was a very lucky gal who recently went on several "Snout and About" field trips with a volunteer and had the experience of a lifetime. She was well-mannered and patient around her humans but was nervous when a dog approached her off-leash at the park. She is otherwise a very well-behaved dog who presents some traits of nervousness so she would do best in a home with a parent who is home all the time. She is a gift that should be cherished by her new family, here!
