HAWAII COUNTY, Hawaii (Island News) -- A Kamuela man was charged after being found with meth and a gun at a traffic stop. George-David Summers was arrested on Friday, Nov. 8, 2024 in Puna. Officers recovered a loaded gun, over 16 grams of methamphetamine and four glass smoking pipes.
