This historic district in Baltimore celebrates its 51st festival. Explore all of what Baltimore and Fell's Point has to offer during this grand event!

Fell's Point was founded in 1763 and has become one of the iconic neighborhoods of Baltimore. To celebrate and maintain all the area has to offer, the official Fell's Point Fun Festival was created. The weekend-long party begins on October 7 and continues through the weekend. The festival covers the entire area, and specifically Broadway and Thames, so you should get down there early if you are driving as parking will be limited! One of the main attractions of the festival is the non-stop music! From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, the main stage and the acoustic stage will have local Baltimore bands performing. These aren't your average jam bands -- there will be polka, folk, rock, and everything in between.

With a renewed focus on local restaurants, chefs and artists, this is sure to be a showcase of the culinary innovations of Baltimore. Restaurants like Pierpoint, Pazo, and Jimmy's will be participating, just to name a few. Food trucks will also be out in full force to make sure you get all your fried needs. Street vendors will also be out, so be sure to support the local businesses! A majority of the proceeds will benefit The Society for the Preservation of Federal Hill and Fell's Point. This is a great way to have fun and keep the history of the community alive and vibrant. The festival is free to attend and more information on it can be found here. Will we see you there? Let us know in the comments.
