There are nine competing beer festivals in Colorado this Saturday, June 8. Which prompts a key question: Are there too many beer festivals in Colorado?

Trick question. Of course, there are never enough beer festivals! The real trick, however, will be figuring out how to attend as many as possible. Here’s the full roundup of festivals, and luckily for you, we've organized them by location!

Aspen

Snowmass Rendezvous Craft Beer Festival

When: 4 p.m. (or 2:30 p.m. with a VIP ticket)
Where: Snowmass Mall
Entry fee: $35

Your heart will be happy and your pint glass will runneth over with 30+ Colorado craft breweries, capped off with live music Saturday night from Brent Cowles and Heavy Diamond Ring. Make a weekend out of it and head up on Friday night (June 7) for a beer dinner ahead of the main event on Saturday. Your admission fee includes a commemorative glass, beer tastings, and entrance to the evening concert.

Boulder

Avery Invitational & Anniversary Party

When: 12 p.m.
Where: 4910 Nautilus Court
Entry fee: $45 | Buy tickets

The Avery Brewing Invitational is “a celebration of great beer for the sake of great beer,” according to the website. At this beer festival, beers are hand-picked from wish-lists submitted by the Avery team. Proceeds from this event benefit Resource Central, a Boulder-based nonprofit with programs that help people save water, reduce waste, and conserve energy. Your ticket secures tastes of 150+ beers, a commemorative glass, live music, and beer education sessions.

Broomfield

Brew HaHa

When: 12-5 p.m.
Where: 8001 Arista Place
Entry fee: Free!

The Broomfield BrewHaHa will once again showcase Broomfield breweries at the 4th annual event this Saturday, June 8. From noon to 5 p.m., you can sample frosty brews for $5 for a 16oz beer; play a few yard games, indulge in food truck delights, and rock out to live music. With a dedicated food truck to dogs selling gourmet pup treats, even Fido will love the BrewHaHa! Show up with a yoga mat and take part in a free yoga class on the lawn ahead of the event at 10:30 a.m. And all day long you can give back to the community while you imbibe: every beer stein you buy from Broomfield F.I.S.H. will support the Keeping Families Housed program.

Colorado Springs

Feast of St Arnold VII Family Friendly Beer Festival

When: 12-4:30 p.m.
Where: Grounds of the Chapel of Our Savior

Join the 6th annual Feast of St Arnold VII Family Friendly Beer Festival, a family-friendly event and quite possibly the only festival this weekend that encourages you to pre-game days (or weeks) in advance through “The Pilgrimage,” a passport-style event featuring 15 Colorado Springs area breweries that develop a signature beer in response to the question: “What would Saint Arnold brew?”

The June 8 event will feature craft beers (free tastings with your ticket), wines and distilled spirits, a family fun zone for kids’ activities, tours of the historic chapel and parish house, continuous live music, food, and souvenirs for purchase – and, a special appearance by St. Arnold himself!

Denver

Brewgrass

When: Doors open at 1 p.m., music starts at 2 p.m.
Where: 1290 S. Pearl Street

Brewgrass is one of the South Pearl Street music festivals, held in June and August. The City of Denver says close to 4,000 music lovers and craft beer aficionados head to the concerts to see nationally-recognized talent, savor hand-crafted brews, and chill to the authentic local vibe of one of Denver's most popular local neighborhoods.

ThirstyFest

When: 6-10 p.m.
Where: Improper City
Entry Fee: $25 in advance / $35 at the door, $5 for non-drinkers | Buy tickets

Back for a second year, ThirstyFest is a completely volunteer-led beer festival. The event benefits the Denver-based Water For People, which promotes the development of high-quality drinking water and sanitation services accessible to everyone. They work in nine countries and have helped more than four million people gain access to clean water and safe sanitation. Your ticket includes unlimited tastings of local beers and spirits, lawn games, and live music. Food trucks will be on site offering food for purchase.

Dillon

Lake Dillon Beer Fest

When: 12:30-4 p.m.
Where: Marina Park Pavilion
Entry Fee: $35 in advance / $40 day of / $5 for non-drinkers / Kids under 12 free | Buy tickets

Is there anything better than a cold beer in the warm sun, on a lake? No, we didn’t think so either. The Lake Dillon Beer fest features dozens of Colorado breweries, live music, and food for purchase. A portion of event proceeds will benefit the Colorado Brewers Guild, a nonprofit association that advocates on behalf of Colorado’s craft brewers to the state legislature.

Erie

The Erie Brewfest

When: 12-4 p.m.
Where: Coal Creek Park
Entry fee: $35 online / $45 on-site | Buy tickets

Erie’s 7th annual Brewfest features local breweries, restaurants, live music, and yard games. Your admission fee includes a free pint glass and beer tastings. Food will be available for purchase.

Fort Collins

Holes and Hops

When: 11 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Where: Colorado Youth Outdoors
Entry Fee: $20 / $10 for non-drinkers | Buy tickets

This fundraiser for Colorado Youth Outdoors combines 13 breweries, four food trucks, and an unlimited amount of fun into this Saturday afternoon beer festival and cornhole tournament. Pre-registered teams will compete to win over $3,000 in prizes for playing America’s favorite yard game. Your ticket comes with five drink tickets and the chance to take a dive down Northern Colorado’s largest slip ‘n slide – all but guaranteeing that it will be a memorable afternoon, for sure.
