While the Colorado Avalanche continue their journey in the playoffs, one of the team's star players is pulling double-duty; hockey player and home seller. Nathan MacKinnon is selling his 2-bedroom, 2-and-a-half-bathroom condo in Denver, which overlooks Union Station and has gorgeous views of Pikes Peak and Longs Peak.

According to Denver Business Journal, the condo is located at the top of The Coloradan and listed for $3.5 million by listing agent Tamara Cooper.

MacKinnon completed the purchase of the unit in July 2019 for $3.2 million, per public records.

The luxury condo features a study, a gallery hall for showcasing art, a living space with a den anchored by a dual-sided fireplace, and a NanaWall folding-glass system, which opens the dining area up to a 187-square-foot balcony. So when we say luxurious, we mean it.
