We all love Colorado, but we have evidence to prove that this state actually does induce happiness. Colorado communities ranked high in well-being index.

According to the annual Gallup-Healthways Well-Being index, among Colorado communities, Boulder ranked as the 10th highest in the nation for overall well-being. Analysts retrieved data by conducting 350,000 interviews with adults across all 50 states. After this, analysts combined data from 189 cities into five categories. The categories are as followed; -Community "Liking where you live, feeling safe and having pride in your community" -Purpose "Liking what you do each day and being motivated to achieve your goals" -Financial "Managing your economic life to reduce stress and increase security" -Physical "Having good health and enough energy to get things done daily" -Social "Having supportive relationships and love in your life" Boulder proved to be one of the most well rounded cities. Boulder ranked second for the physical category (no surprise), seventh for community, 56th for financial, and 97th for social. What was the worst category for Boulder? Purpose, ranking 118th.

This is just another reason to brag to all of our friends about why Colorado is the best state. Don't brag too much though, Colorado is becoming overpopulated with transplants. We know everyone loves Colorado, but perhaps pick another state to flood.

Not from Colorado but want to move? Here's why you shouldn't!
