Get ready, Rockies fans. The team's 2018 spring training schedule has been announced, and it means that we're that much closer to seeing our boys hit the field.

The Rockies' spring training games open on February 23 with a matchup against the Arizona Diamondbacks, the team that's not only their National League West rival, but are also responsible for ending Colorado's 2017 season in the National League Wild Card game. (We're still bitter about it.) The Rockies will once again be training at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick.

They'll return to Coors Field for the home opener on April 6 against the Atlanta Braves. [gallery size="large" ids="27808,27809,27810"] The Rockies have also unveiled a new spring training ball cap that features the team's logo filled with the Colorado flag, as well as new game caps and uniform patches.
