Now more than 120 staff members have reportedly tested positive.

The two new In-N-Out locations in Colorado have had active COVID-19 outbreaks. According to recent reports, now 122 staff members have tested positive between the locations—on December 24, that total number had been 80.

Both the Aurora and Colorado Springs locations opened to the public last month to massive lines and crowds. 

The Aurora location has had 42 staff members testing positive for COVID-19 and another 16 as potential cases. The Colorado Springs location has had 60 positive cases and 9 potential.

In-N-Out's VP of Operations Denny Warnick said in a statement, "We continue to work closely with our public health agencies and have confirmed the appropriate steps to help protect our communities. These steps include: limiting staff to the minimum number necessary to serve our customers, using staff ‘cohorts’ to limit possible exposure, and limiting dining room access to takeout orders only while ensuring appropriate physical distancing."

"All employees who tested positive and those who had close contact with them 'have been excluded from the workplace,'” Warnick added.

Both Colorado In-N-Out locations remain open.
