With Valentine's Day right around the corner, we have all been expecting the return of Dairy Queen's Red Velvet Cake Blizzard®. And just like that, this favorite treat has been available since the beginning of February. But you might want to hurry; the Red Velvet Cake Blizzard is only available for a limited time.

As with any of Dairy Queen's Blizzard Treats, they start with vanilla soft-serve ice cream. With the addition of red velvet cake pieces and cream cheese icing swirled throughout, this is a treat made for royalty. And you, of course.

The Dairy Queen Blizzard Treat has been around since 1985. In the first year, Dairy Queen sold more than 1 million Blizzard Treats. Each month, the franchised fast-food restaurant rotates through seasonal, monthly flavors along with a solid offering of classic flavors with syrups and candy pieces. The signature upside-down dip of the finished Blizzard Treat ensures the thick frosty treat was made according to strict specifications.
