After waiting over 65 million years, it's about time dinosaurs roamed the earth once again. Visit the new exhibit "DINOS! Live at Denver Zoo" this July!
The once-extinct creatures are stomping their way into the Denver Zoo this summer. Get up close and personal with the massive animals at "DINOS! Live at Denver Zoo," open from July 1 to October 31. In a press release shared by the Denver Zoo, they say that guests will have the opportunity to see and interact with 21 life-sized dinosaurs, 19 of which are animatronic. There will also be a fossil dig that will "give budding paleontologists the chance to get their hands dirty while discovering and excavating dinosaur bones!" And if you're itching to take a selfie with one of the dinosaurs, the Denver Zoo will have a special, non-robotic dinosaur called "Selfie-saurus" for you to take photos with.
