The Observatory at American Square is a beautiful rooftop event space that features breathtaking views of Washington, D.C., and it’s also a fabulous place to enjoy the spring sunshine and cool off with some refreshing rosé. The event will feature all-you-can-drink rosé, with samples from some of the best local and national wineries around. You’ll also be able to taste appetizers, as well as listen to live music and entertainment. If you choose to go the VIP route, you’ll gain entry an hour before everyone else, and you'll not only be able to drink more, but you'll beat the crowd and claim the best spot.
Washingtonian will want to highlight this event on social media and their publication, so make sure you dress to impress. The dress code is “spring chic attire,” so think flower-printed sundresses, wedges, and colors like yellow and pink. It might also behoove you to sport some stylish sunglasses, as it can get bright up on the rooftop. You’ll also want to take tons of photos, as the view is sure to be the perfect backdrop for that perfect Instagram pic.
