Who you gonna call for some Halloween movie fun? Film on the Rocks!

Film on the Rocks' unique social-distancing, drive-in take on its annual movie nights was a hit this year. And the fun continues into its final week!

In homage to Halloween, the last four drive-in movies of the season will be a cult classic, horror/thriller/fantasy line-up that is sure to thrill scary movie fans. A different movie will run each night starting Thursday, October 1, through Sunday, October 4. You can get to the drive-in area at 6 p.m. and movies start at 7:30 p.m.

The spooky line-up (with open captions provided) includes:

  • The Thing: Thursday, October 1. A research team in Antarctica is hunted by a shape-shifting alien that assumes the appearance of its victims. 
  • Candyman: Friday, October 2. The Candyman, a murderous soul with a hook for a hand, is accidentally summoned to reality by a skeptic grad student research the monster's myth. Go ahead and say his name three times ... I dare you.
  • Ghostbusters: Saturday, October 3. I ain't afraid of no ghosts! Three parapsychology professors set up shop as a unique ghost removal service. 
  • Labyrinth: Sunday, October 4. 16-year-old Sarah is give 13 hours to solve a labyrinth and rescue her baby brother Toby when her wish for him to be taken away is granted by the Goblin King Jareth. 

Cost is $59.50 per car load, and all tickets include movie snacks that will be distributed to each vehicle upon entry. A bag of CityPop Popcorn, theatre-size box of plain M&M’s, 7oz Twizzlers, and two 20oz Coke products (choice of Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Dasani upon availability) will be included per vehicle ticket. In addition, Chick-Fil-A sandwiches are available for discounted pre-purchase online or cashless payment on-site including sandwich, cookies, chips, and drink.
