Start the New Year off on the right foot at one of Colorado's state parks for "First Day Hikes"!

Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) wants you to have a great start to 2022 by enjoying the beauty our great state has to offer. "First Day Hikes" will take place at a Colorado state park, each with its own opportunities to take in nature.

A few things to note before we list some of the participating parks (Courtesy of CPW):

We're not going to list all of the Colorado parks (ain't nobody got time for that!), but if you're interested in the full list of participating Colorado state parks for First Day Hikes, visit cpw.state.co.us. Some featured favorites include Staunton State Park, Roxborough State Park, and Mueller State Park, among others.
