In recent news, former Washington Redskins star Robert Griffin III, and his girlfriend of eight months, have made an announcement.
Griffin and Grete Sadeiko are engaged to be married. Sadeiko, an Estonian heptathlete, announced the couple’s engagement and her pregnancy on Instagram on Saturday.
The caption on Sadeiko's Instagram photo reads: "2IN1: Today was the happiest day of my life and the last 8 months have been the most exciting time ever. The man of my dreams and love of my life asked me to marry him today and we are one month away from welcoming our beautiful baby into this world. Words can't describe the feelings and emotions... Unreal. I'm the happiest girl alive and so excited about everything ahead #BestDayEver #Engagement #BabyShower #TooManyEmotions."
Griffin posted the same set of photos with the following caption: "Soulmate. Love of my life. Better Half. Perfect Someone. These are just a few things you @gretesadeiko represent for me. That smile on your face says it all my sweet and it is reflected on my heart. I am happy. It is the greatest feeling to find the one who believes in love like you do and I have that. I found my peace. You deserve the world and I am honored to be the one to explore it with you and our beautiful baby to be.

Robert Griffin recently finalized his divorce from his ex-wife Rebecca Liddicoat, whom he married in July 2013. The two welcomed a daughter in May 2015.
Griffin most recently played for the Cleveland Browns, but became a free agent following their season. He's looking for a new contract, whether short- or long-term. Griffin, 27, started five games for the Cleveland Browns last season. In those appearances, he completed 59.2 percent of his passes for 886 yards, two touchdowns, and three interceptions. Griffin remains a free agent after having spent the 2016 season with the Browns following an eventful four-year stretch with the Redskins.
