PSA: Costco is selling a three-pound Cookie Butter Cheesecake. And the best part? It's only $7!
So I'm seriously considering getting a Costco membership solely for the Cookie Butter Cheesecake. Because, come on, it's COOKIE BUTTER CHEESECAKE. And as a bonus, it costs $7! I'll take five, please! The world's two favorite foods are combined into one delicious dessert -- made by Sweet Offerings Bake Shop, it consists of sweet Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter and New York-style cheesecake, topped off with the Biscoff cookie crumble crust. Drooling yet? Well, what if I told you that the cheesecake weighs three pounds (3.44 pounds, to be exact)?
It seems like the cheesecake has been available for a while now ... What? Nobody's perfect! The important thing is that we're aware of its existence and the fact that it's on sale. Better late than never, right?
The only bummer part is that the Cookie Butter Cheesecake is only available for a limited time, in select Costco locations. To find out if there's a participating Costco location in Colorado, visit Sweet Offerings' website.
And if you're not seeing your local Costco on the list, don't worry. Simply submit a request to have it stocked! But, honestly, it might just be easier (and faster) to go take a road trip.
