The donut chain introduced the"Free Donut Fridays" promotion in March, but recently they announced its extension through the month of April. Every Friday this month, DD Perks members can receive a complimentary donut with the purchase of any beverage. Take your pick of classic flavors like chocolate, glazed, or jelly-filled to accompany your favorite drink order. The deal excludes espresso shots, but considering their extensive menu, you can't go wrong with any of them. Plus, who can resist a free donut?

Dunkin's rewards program DD Perks allows members to accrue points each time they make a purchase. Members earn five points for each dollar spent and can pay using cash, credit/debit, or Dunkin's DD card. It also offers some sweet freebies and perks along the way—the first 200 points gets members a free drink of their choice. Not a member? No problem! You can register here—it's free to join.

The chain continues to operate during the COVID-19 pandemic, offering drive-thru, carryout, and curbside pickup. For extra convenience, customers can order in advance using the Dunkin' app and pick up their purchase through any of the above methods.

In an official press release, Dunkin's Vice President of Digital and Loyalty Marketing Stephanie Meltzer-Paul said, "Free Donut Fridays helped bring smiles to so many of our guests in March, and we recognize they may need a little joy even more in April.
