The film will be available for free throughout the month of June.

Just Mercy is a 2019 film based on the real-life story of civil-rights lawyer and Equal Justice Initiative founder Bryan Stevenson (Michael B. Jordan) as he tries to free Walter McMillan (Jamie Foxx), who was wrongly accused of a murder he did not commit.

The film is being released by Warner Bros. for free across digital platforms in the United States throughout June.

"To actively be part of the change our country is so desperately seeking, we encourage you to learn more about our past and the countless injustices that have led us to where we are today," Warner Bros. said in a statement, directing people to learn more about the Equal Justice Initiative.
