Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and Kraft has something exciting in store for Mac & Cheese. The company has created a special version of the popular dinner with a pink sauce and a slight candy flavor. It comes in a pretty heart-shaped box. You won’t be able to buy a box of this Valentine’s Day Mac & Cheese at a store. But if you’re lucky, you could win one that will be delivered in time for Valentine’s Day. Kraft has set up a website where you can enter your information for a chance to win one of 1,000 special edition boxes.

This isn’t the first time Kraft has created a seasonal special edition Mac & Cheese. Last fall Kraft gave away a pumpkin spice version, a nod to all the pumpkin spice goodies released each fall. Initially, the pumpkin spice macaroni and cheese was only available in Canada. Word caught on and Kraft offered the giveaway to fans in the United States as well.

The Valentine’s Day Mac & Cheese is also open to Canadians. Hard as it is to believe, Kraft Mac & Cheese, or KD as they call it is much more popular in Canada than in America. The boxed macaroni and cheese dinner racks up 50 percent more in sales each year than it does in the U.S. It has even been called the unofficial national dish of Canada.
