We've included a map of how traffic will be rerouted on those 3 days.

Construction on Peña Boulevard has begun, and as a result, your drive into Denver International Airport (DIA) may look a little different. A section of inbound Peña Boulevard at Jackson Gap Street will be closed to allow crews to work on a new project, which consists of installing a large overhead sign.

The construction is set to take place over 3 days at night, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. The first night of construction took place on Saturday, May 8, and the next two nights will fall on Tuesday, May 11, and Saturday, May 15.

View the map below to see how traffic is being rerouted during construction on these select nights:

Per DIA, "Traffic will be detoured onto Jackson Gap, along 75th Avenue and 80th Avenue, and then back onto Peña Boulevard. All airport traffic will be routed to East Terminal during these closures. All airlines and security checkpoints are accessible from Terminal East."
