Looking for Authentic Pho? Look no further.

Good pho can be hard to find. Thankfully, Pho 78 has a menu of rich and flavorful pho, along with other intense South Asian dining, for the Broomfield and Westminster area.

Fans of the Viet dish can find a variety of different pho options on the restaurant's menu. These can range from barebones staples like PHỞ TÁI (a steak and rice noodle bowl) to more indulgent meals such as PHỞ ĐẬU HỦ VA NAM, a vegetarian-friendly dish made from tofu and mushrooms. Dishes come in multiple sizes, and as any pho fanatic can tell you, their portions are HUGE. It's not uncommon for first-time patrons to order a medium or large pho, only to be blown away by the dish's volume.

In addition to pho, their menu features a selection of inspired Asian dishes. Fans of spicy food should check out their rice platters. Each one features choice cuts of beef, chicken, and pork grilled up with chili peppers and served over white rice. People with weak tastebuds need not apply. Fans of seafood should try Pho 78's grilled mussels, which are tossed in onions and peanuts before being served up with lime.

Pho 78 also offers a wide selection on another important part of Asian-American dining: boba.

Boba (or bubble tea) is a sweet tea mixed with milk and served with either tapioca balls or small fruit jellies. Its flavors can range from familiar to absolutely wild. For instance, a common boba flavor is Earl Grey. Scroll just a little down the menu, however, and you'll find their Pink Panther flavor, a blend of peach, mango, and strawberry green tea. If you've always been curious about the exotic world of boba, this is a great place to start exploring.

Pho 78 is currently accepting online orders for both delivery and curbside pickup.
