Are you searching for new ways to do deviled eggs? Maybe you need some tasty ideas for Easter brunch or Sunday dinner? Since you probably have more than enough dyed eggs lying around (Bonus: they’re likely already being hard-boiled), check out some of these deviled egg recipes that go beyond the basic mayo and paprika.

Simple but with a unique and lemony twist, these lemon deviled eggs from My Food and Family make a refreshing addition to your appetizer lineup. Combine the yolks with mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and zest for a delicate and delicious Easter, Mother’s Day, baby shower, or tea party appetizer. Cue up the cucumber and watercress sandwiches.

This deviled eggs and ham recipe from Giada De Laurentiis via Food Network features minced ham, finely chopped dill pickles, mayo, and Dijon mustard. Sprinkle with a splash of Tabasco for a spicy brunch treat. You could even add some shredded cheese for that ham and cheese vibe.

Straight-Up Deviled Eggs

Sandra Lee’s straight-up deviled eggs (featured on Food Network) are super cute and filling. They combine mayo, spicy brown mustard, sweet pickle relish, paprika, chopped chives, and bacon bits to create a double dose of eggy goodness. With more “height” than the traditional deviled egg, they add a unique touch to your appetizer table, charcuterie board, or cheese tray.

Deviled Eggs With Crab

As a former Marylander, this deviled eggs with crab recipe from My Food and Family is my favorite. This creamy concoction is a mix of mascarpone cheese, lump crabmeat, sour cream, Dijon mustard, chopped chives, and just a bit of lemon juice. I took it a step further and added shrimp and a generous sprinkle of Old Bay (Thank you, Maryland). Like the rest of the recipes in this collection, this isn’t just for Easter dinner. It’s bound to become a popular addition to your backyard BBQ, birthday party, or other events.
