Join the Perry Hall/White Marsh Business Association (PHWMBA) on Saturday, June 23, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for free entertainment and activities for the entire family.
“Bringing business and community together has been our goal from the beginning,” says the Town Fair organizer and PHWMBA Vice President, Lynn Richardson.
And that beginning was over 20 years ago! Ever since then the fair allows the association to showcase its members and the businesses which work to support the neighborhood through exhibits, engagement, and fun.
The Kids Adventure Zone is the main attraction of the fair. It will include entertainment such as Bubbles the Clown, pony rides, the Ravens’ mascot Poe, a moon bounce, laser tag, carnival games, and a Marshy Point Nature Center wildlife exhibit. Please note that some activities within the Kids Adventure Zone may have a fee to participate. But there are free ones as well, like the Alternate Routes Gym which has an obstacle course, climbing, and ninja training. With all those little ones running around, the fair is graciously providing a baby changing area in the Kids Zone.
Enjoy the sounds of the Rock X Cover Band, and become a rock star for the day as you sing your heart out to your favorite hits with the on-site karaoke.
The fair will also feature The Hope and Peace Foundation’s traveling 9/11 memorial: an impressive and moving tribute honoring the Marylanders lost during the 9/11 attacks. The memorial will be located near the Veteran’s Services Van.
For the animal lovers, there will be the Cuddle Shuttle Adoption Van from Baltimore County Animal Services, while the kiddos enamored by firemen can feast their eyes on a large Fire Department display by the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Department.

There is no fee to enter The Town Fair, but all proceeds raised will be donated back to community organizations through the PHWMBA Community Foundation. The recipients are often organizations who participate in the production of the fair. These include the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Department, several scout troops, the Police Explorers, the Civil Air Patrol, local churches, the PHWMBA Annual Scholarships and many more. The Perry Hall/White Marsh Business Association has donated over $120,000 to these and other projects over the past 20 years.

The fair is held annually on the third Saturday of June in front of the Perry Hall High School, located at 4601 Ebenezer Road, Nottingham, MD 21236.
There is free parking at the fair, but if you’d rather not deal with the usual event parking and traffic headaches, there is an alternative! There will be a FREE SHUTTLE to and from the fair, which will pick up and drop off visitors at the Faith Fellowship Church at Perry Hall Square. So hop on the air-conditioned bus and get to the fair in a jiffy! The shuttle runs every eight minutes from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
