When the Kohr Brothers began selling ice cream at the beach, they needed a way to keep it from melting so fast. They added egg to the mixture, creating a heavy frozen custard that stands up to the heat and humidity. The original custard recipe is still sold today at the company's three Ocean City locations. Kohr Brothers frozen custard comes in a variety of flavors and contains less sugar and fat than traditional ice cream. Enjoy it in a cone or in a milkshake, malt, smoothie or sundae.
