Get out your ballgowns and dust off the tux -- it's time for a fantastic Adult Prom in Virginia Beach! Support the American Cancer Society and cancer survivors by slow-dancing the night away at this inaugural event.
If you reminisce about your prom days, or better yet, if you missed your prom, here's a chance to relive this rite of passage. Team on the Move for a Cure has organized an evening you'll never forget with their first-ever Adult Prom fundraiser.

Tickets are available online here.
There are four different ticket tiers:
$55 early bird tickets per individual include the event, buffet dinner, valet parking, and reserved seating and must be purchased by January 15, 2019.
$75 ticket per individual includes the event, buffet dinner, valet parking, and reserved seating.
$320 Platinum One-Night Getaway ticket per couple includes the event, buffet dinner, valet parking, reserved seating, an oceanfront hotel room Saturday night, and breakfast Sunday morning.
$460 Platinum Two-Night Getaway ticket per couple includes everything that the Platinum One-Night Getaway ticket includes, with one extra night (Friday) in an oceanfront room, Saturday breakfast, a professional photo, and two drink tickets.
Know before you go
- On-site babysitting will be available for $25 per child. Choose the option for babysitting services when you purchase your ticket online.
- Valet parking will be provided in ticket prices. Pull up to the front of the hotel and follow the directional signage.
- Prom means "formal," so make sure to wear something gorgeous! Black-tie is considered the norm, while cocktail attire would work if you look fabulous.
- Remember, this is a fundraiser, so bring your checkbook for professional photos. There will also be vendors on-site whose proceeds will also help the cause.
About the organizer
Team on the Move is a family endeavor started by sisters Sandricka Epps and Sirena Sears to raise funds for cancer awareness. Inspired by their mother, Sandra Blount, and her own fight against cancer, the sisters seek to create fun, engaging events for the Virginia Beach community to come together in supporting cancer survivors and cancer awareness.
