Go on a magical journey through time and legend at the Colorado Renaissance Festival 2018. Wander inside the kingdom to enjoy live music, jousting, washing well wenches, pirates, and more!

You can purchase tickets online or at the box office, with prices ranging from $11 for kiddos to $22.50 for adults. The Colorado Renaissance Festival is perhaps most known for its food. With plenty of delicious options -- including the famous turkey legs, juicy steaks on a stake, and roasted corn on the cob, among others -- you definitely won't leave with an empty stomach. Opening Weekend: "A Magical Adventure!" | June 16-17

Make magical memories as the 42nd anniversary season begins!

Royal Ale and Art Festival | June 23-24

Raise a mug, and give thanks to our nation's heroes! A free ale sampling will be held at the Dancing Bear Pub from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Also, all military personnel will receive a BOGO adult ticket as long as they've got their military ID. Plus, their kiddos can enter for free (ages 12 and under)!

Celtic Festival | June 30 and July 1

Don ye kilts for the "Best Men in Kilts" contest. Between the Celtic dance groups, musicians, and pipe bands playing throughout the day, there won't be a shortage of Scottish fun to be had. If you find yourself parched, Mike's Hard Lemonade will have samples at the Dancing Bear Pub from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Children's Weekend | July 7-8

Calling all young princes and princesses! Not only will there be a costume contest at the Fortune Stage, but there will also be a royal quest. Those who complete the quest will be rewarded by Good King Henry and Faire Queen Anne at the Knighting Ceremony. Children can enter for free (ages 12 and under) with a paying adult.

Wine Revelry | July 14-15

Participate in the Legendary Grape Stomp Competition and win prizes. You can even enjoy a free wine sampling at the Dancing Bear Pub from 11:30 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Love and Romance | July 21-22

Renew your vows at the "Renewal of Vows" ceremonies at the Canterbury Chapel at 3:30 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. And if you think you've got what it takes to "woo" some lasses, let's see what you've got at the Wooing Competition.

Pirate Invasion | July 28-29

Pirates will be pillaging, pilfering, and plundering to their hearts' content. Enjoy a weekend of rousing adventures and tales, sword fights, and more! Word on the street is that a certain Captain Jack Sparrow will be making an appearance and helping guide an expedition for buried treasure.

Fare Thee Well and Mardi Gras Style Carnivale | August 4-5

Celebrate King Henry's 528th birthday as you join in on the fun of Mardi Gras and celebrate life, music, and dance. Don your favorite mask and costume, and let "Ye Olde Good Times Roll" as the 42nd season comes to a close.
