LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Police are investigating after a shooting left one person injured Wednesday afternoon.

Emergency dispatch confirmed the incident happened on Fourth Street around 4:30 p.m.

According to Columbia Borough police, an 18-year-old was found suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound on scene.

Officers arrested Justin Freshwater, 18, and detained another juvenile male.

Freshwater is facing multiple charges including aggravated assault and firearms not to be carried without a license.

Police said everyone involved in the shooting has been identified, and there is no threat to the public.
