There are still chances for you to catch some firework shows this year!
2020 will boast far fewer large-scale fireworks displays for the Fourth of July in Colorado, as many municipalities and organizations that sponsor them have canceled the events due to the coronavirus pandemic. This is disappointing news for people looking for that spectacular display to mark the quintessential summer holiday.
However, there are still several places that plan to let the show go on and light up the sky in celebration. Here are 10 fireworks shows that plan to go on this summer!

Berthoud
Berthoud still plans to host a fireworks celebration on July 3 at 9:15 p.m. The show will be launched a little bit higher this year so more people can enjoy them from a distance. Staging will be at Waggener Farm; no groups will be allowed on or near the property.
Brighton
Brighton has canceled their celebrations but will still hold a Fourth of July fireworks display. The show will start around 9 p.m., so look towards East Brighton to see the display.
Castle Rock
Castle Rock plans to put on a 15-minute fireworks show at about 9:30 p.m. on July 4. They ask that people watch from their homes and neighborhoods if possible. The show is weather dependent and will be launched form the butte located above Red Hawk Ridge Golf Course. There will be a three-shot salute to both open and close the show.
Centennial
The Valley Country Club will host a Fourth of July fireworks display on July 4 at 9 p.m.
Colorado Springs
Colorado Springs will be putting on a fireworks display as well as hosting a "Symphony on Your Porch" event. Residents are encouraged to tune into local radio stations to hear the Colorado Springs Philharmonic perform its annual patriotic concert and then enjoy a firework display on July 4 at 9:20 p.m.
Firestone
The fireworks show will take place on July 4 at 9:30 p.m., and the show is set to be bigger than ever this year. Fireworks will be launched from the Saddleback Golf Course. There will be parking available and food trucks in the Town Hall parking lot that will be taking pre-orders and orders online.
Morrison
Bandimere Speedway will be hosting the Jet Car Nationals & Family Festival on July 4. The event requires tickets, however, the fireworks show will be visible from all around the area, which will start at 9:45, weather permitting.
Greeley Stampede
The Greeley Stampede itself is postponed, however, the Independence Day Fireworks display will still light up the sky. People are asked to watch from home and to stay socially distanced. The show will start at 9:30 p.m. and is scheduled to last about 20 minutes, and it should be visible for about 10 miles from the park. Patriotic music will be played on BIG 97.9 FM to accompany the show.
Loveland/Fort Collins
This year the cities of Loveland, Fort Collins, Larimer County, the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office, and the Larimer County Ranch Events Complex are all working together to put on a fireworks show. This is a drive-in only event, with 1,000 vehicles allowed into the complex to see the show. People must remain in or right next to their vehicles. The show will start at 9:15 p.m. and last about 20 minutes. Patriotic music provided by 96.1 KISSFM.
Windsor
Windsor has canceled the annual holiday concert but will still host a fireworks display at 9:10 p.m. There will be a celebration at Boardwalk Park, with a dog-friendly race and snack vendors. All attendees are asked to maintain social distancing.
