10th Anniversary Red Shoe Shuffle (Virtual) | Ronald McDonald House Charities Maryland | Baltimore, MD | Saturday

Brought to you by Maryland's Ronald McDonald House, the annual Red Shoe Shuffle is back for 2021! Participants can run or walk a 5K to help meet this year's fundraising goal: $350,000 for a new shuttle! Plus, tune in for a special virtual event the day of the race. One day only! Browse wares ranging from jewelry and soaps to artisanal candles, along with the neighborhood's cafes and restaurants. With over 50 vendors and 90+ local businesses, this outdoor shopping event has it all! The pop-up takes place from noon to 5 p.m. along P Street and Connecticut Avenue. Admission is free. Eastern Shore Easter Keg Hunt | Various locations | Ocean City, MD | Saturday

Attention, beer lovers: It's time to go on an Easter "keg" hunt! Gather in groups of four to hunt specially-decorated kegs across Maryland's Eastern Shore and Delaware. Wild Wanderings: Foraging & Plant ID Walk | Wild Roots Apothecary | Sperryville, VA | Saturday
