The Howard County Police Department said a shooting near Columbia mall on Saturday left one teen dead and another in critical condition. In an announcement Sunday, police said officers arrested Emmetson Zeah, 18, of Columbia, Md., in connection to the shooting. Authorities charged him with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder and other related charges.
