2 Colorado Hotels awarded the distinction of 5 stars on Forbes Travel Guide List for 2017.
Every year Forbes Travel Guide announces its Global Star ratings. They hand out awards to hotels, restaurants and spas, granting them the distinction of being global benchmarks for luxury travel. 2 Colorado hotels were given 5 stars on the new list of the world’s top hotels; The Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs and the Little Nell Hotel in Aspen. The Broadmoor Hotel was not only given 5 stars for its hotel, but also for its Penrose Restaurant and its spa. This makes the Broadmoor the only Colorado hotel to receive 5 stars in all three categories. Little Nell’s Element 47 restaurant also received 5 stars by Forbes. The Spa at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail made the 5 star list for their spas. While three Colorado hotels, the Brown Palace, the Four Seasons, and the Ritz-Carlton, received 4 stars for all three categories.
