Two Kansas City Police Department patrol vehicles collided around 1 a.m. Monday, injuring three officers. A marked police vehicle was eastbound on 12th Street, driving through a green light code 1 with their emergency lights on. Another marked police vehicle was also driving code 1 south on Grand Boulevard through a red light.
