GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Five University of Florida Gators were recognized in the Southeastern Conference 2025 All-SEC Baseball Team. The teams are voted on by the league’s 16 head coaches. In the First Team, catcher Luke Heyman was honored. He’s currently recovering from a forearm fracture that occurred during a game against Alabama on May 15. Jake Celmente was honored on the Second Team as a relief pitcher. It’s his first-career All-SEC accolade. On the 2025 Freshman All-SEC Baseball Team, Aidan King and Brendan Lawson were selected. Bobby Boser was picked for the SEC All-Defensive Team. The Gators next play on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. against South Carolina in the first round of the 2025 SEC Tournament.
