Ingredients:

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
4 large mint leaves, plus more for garnish
4 baby arugula leaves
2 teaspoons sugar (or you can use a sweetener of your choice, such as Stevia)
1/2 cup brewed green tea, chilled
1 ounce white rum
