1.Evergreen
Imagine ice skating in a beautiful snow globe. That’s exactly what it’s like when you go to Evergreen. The minute you step a skate onto the ice, you’ll feel like you just entered a winter wonderland. Evergreen lake is huge, and this is by far the most authentic ice skating you can get in Colorado. Another bonus is, is that it’s not too far away! Ice skate rentals, and hot chocolate are available. 2.Estes Park
If you’re staying up in Estes, or you are curious to take a quick drive up, they also have a fun ice skating rink. It is very quaint and more intimate, however it makes for a fun filled day for you and your family. Not only can you ice skate, but there is also great restaurants and chocolate and ice cream shops galore. I suggest making a day out of this!
3.Winter Park
This quaint ice skating rink is similar to Estes Park’s as far as size, however it is like Evergreens in the sense that it is surrounded by beautiful mountains. Here you can rent all the skates you’ll need and they also have free ice skating lessons! What else could you want in an ice skating rink?

This ice skating rink is situated perfectly in the village. If you’re staying in Beaver Creek, this is convenience at it’s finest. 5.Colorado Springs World Arena Ice Hall
If you’re feeling like you want to do some serious ice skating, I suggest you come here. This is one of the top training facilities for figure skaters and ice hockey competitors. I know this sounds extremely intimidating, however, the general public has access to skate everyday from 5:30 until midnight.
6.Keystone
Enjoy yourselves on this beautiful 5 acre lake. This is the largest zamboni maintained lake in North America! Not only is it perfectly positioned in the middle of the Rocky Mountains, but it also has numerous reindeer and tree ice sculptures which are fun for everyone!
