Don't get caught breaking one of these weird Alaska laws.

We all know that Alaska is a unique place to live. Between the jaw-dropping scenic views and incredible wildlife, nothing about our state truly makes us want to live anywhere else.

Actually, scratch that. The following 9 weird laws may have you rethinking that last statement ...

12 Weird Laws in Alaska:

1. Moose may not be viewed from an airplane.

2. Don't push a live moose out of a moving airplane. (Um, okay? I won't ... so, a non-moving airplane is okay?)

3. You're breaking the law if you give alcoholic beverages to a moose. (Seriously, what's with all the moose laws??)

4. If you own a flamingo in the state of Alaska, don't bring it into a barbershop, as it's illegal.

5. One may not roam the city with a bow and arrows.

6. Persons may not allow "attractive nuisances" to exist. (Like, what does that even mean?)

7. For all you would-be pranksters out there, don't string a wire across any road, or you'll be breaking the law.

8. Make sure you're not living in a trailer as it is being hauled across the city.

9. No one may tie their pet dog to the roof of a car.

There you have it, folks. Now you know what you can, but mostly can't, do in Alaska.
