90 Day Fiancé alum David Toborowsky got an Easter weekend makeover and compared his new lip filler to fellow franchise stars Darcey Silva ’s and Stacey Silva ’s.

The David & Annie: After the 90 Days star, 56, took to his Instagram on April 19 with a selfie video taken right after he had several cosmetic procedures touched up in Beverly Hills, California. Much of David’s face was red and puffy as he and his dermatologist, Dr. Tess Mauricio , told viewers about the work he had just gotten done, including “radiofrequency microneedling, cat scratch plexr, platelet-rich fibrin matrix, exosome and lip filler,” which is all part of the “Time Machine Procedure.”

When Dr. Mauricio got to the lip filler, David chimed in to say that it was “not like Stacey and Darcey,” who have both been open about spending thousands of dollars on plastic surgery procedures , including lip lifts.

“These are more natural,” David said.

Explaining why he wanted to have these procedures done, David said he doesn’t “want to be called ‘Grandpa.’”

“I have a 2-day layover here in L.A., so what a perfect time to get my touch up with Dr. Tess Mauricio at M Beauty Clinic,” he wrote in the caption before joking about his swollen appearance, “And no, I was not in a flight with Mike Tyson.”

David shared a follow-up photo on Sunday, April 20, showing off his still-swollen eyes but smiling nonetheless.

“Happy Easter to everyone who is celebrating today,” he wrote. “This is Day 1 post procedure, yes I am sore and jet lagged but [this] was included in my package from last October. I don’t fly to the U.S. just for this, I have work at home in Arizona over the next two weeks and my routing took me through L.A., so it worked out well, but don’t worry, I will still be posting my little girl and my amazing wife, love you all.”

Another selfie on Monday, April 21, showed David on a plane. The swelling in his face had gone down significantly, although he still had what appeared to be broken blood vessels around his eyes.

“On my way to Phoenix from L.A. I have a lot of work to do over the next 2 weeks,” he wrote in the caption. “Looking forward to seeing everyone and then getting back to Thailand to see my amazing wife and little girl, as I miss them. Thank you to everyone who has sent me well wishes, it is so appreciated.”

David and wife Annie Toborowsky (née Suwan) announced in July 2024 that they were expecting their first child together . One week after the pregnancy reveal, the Arizona native underwent a “daddy makeover” with filler injected above his eyebrows. “Just a little tune up so the baby says Da Da instead of Grandpa lol,” he joked at the time.

David and Annie, 31, confirmed the birth of their daughter to Us Weekly on March 11.

“With hearts full of love and joy, we are thrilled to announce the arrival of our beautiful baby girl, Minthirarat,” they told the outlet. “Her name means ‘brave gem’ and symbolizes the strength of Pisces, truly a shining light in our lives. We feel incredibly blessed to see this little miracle come to life.”
