ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – An Albuquerque man is accused of a recent shooting at Tap N Taco in Rio Rancho.

Jacob Maes will face a judge Friday. Investigators say, on Feb. 25, Maes got into a confrontation with someone at the restaurant and that escalated in the parking lot.

They say when that other person left, Maes shot at their vehicle.
