David Wolfgram has been charged with three counts of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree.



ALEXANDRIA — An Alexandria man has been accused of sexually assaulting a vulnerable adult.

David Louis Wolfgram, 46, has been charged with three counts of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree.

Each of these counts carries a maximum sentence of 30 years imprisonment and/or a $40,000 fine.

The charges were filed in Douglas County District Court on March 26.

The alleged assault occurred between December 2024 and January 2025 at a residence in Alexandria, the statement of probable cause in the case read.

This is not the first time Wolfgram has been accused of sexual assault. The statement of probable cause reads that he is a predatory offender and was convicted of third and fourth degree criminal sexual assault against a vulnerable adult in 2016.

Fergus Falls man charged with 2 felony drug crimes



Brady Everett Anderson, 40, of Fergus Falls, has been charged with two felony controlled substance crimes in the first degree, one for sales and one for possession.

The maximum sentence for each of these counts is 65 months to 40 years imprisonment and/or a $1 million fine.

The charges were filed March 20 in Douglas County District Court.

According to the statement of probable cause in the case, the vehicle Anderson was driving was pulled over on Interstate 94 near mile marker 107 on March 18.

A trooper had observed Anderson's vehicle weaving from the fog line to the center line, the statement read.

During the stop, a passenger in the vehicle admitted there was drug paraphernalia in the vehicle, the statement read.

Officers located 8.9 grams of methamphetamine under the driver's seat of the vehicle, 250 grams of methamphetamine and 6.3 grams of fentanyl in the glove box, and another 2.5 grams of methamphetamine on Anderson himself, the statement read.
