Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen both sit atop the list for All-NBA First Team players for the Bulls.

The Chicago Bulls lived their golden era in the 1990s after winning six titles in an eight-year span under the leadership of Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen and Phil Jackson. Most of the team’s collective and individual accolades come from that era, but some notable performances in recent years earned First Team All-NBA consideration.

Here, we take a look at all the players who were named to the All-NBA First Team while playing for Chicago.

Michael Jordan – 10 times (1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1996, 1997, 1998)

Who else but Michael Jordan would headline this list? The leader, best player and go-to clutch option for the Bulls during the 1990s dynasty, Jordan started making waves in the NBA well before he won his first title in the 1990-91 season. He was named to the All-NBA First Team four times before lifting the Larry O’Brien trophy. Unsurprisingly, he was also part of the All-NBA First Team in the six seasons in which the Bulls won the title. Jordan won the scoring title 10 times in his career, was a 14-time All-Star and five-time MVP winner, and was the Finals MVP six times. Jordan was also named to the All-Defensive Team in nine different seasons and accrued a total of 11 All-NBA nods — he was also named to the All-NBA Second Team in his rookie year in 1984-85.

Scottie Pippen – 3 times (1994, 1995, 1996)

Pippen carried the load for the Bulls in the two years that Jordan retired following the first three-peat, and he was rewarded by being named to the All-NBA First Team in both seasons. Jordan returned to Chicago in 1995-96, but Pippen was still named to the All-NBA First Team for a third consecutive campaign. In the three successive seasons Pippen made the All-NBA First Team, he averaged 20.9 points, 7.7 rebounds, 5.5 assists, 2.5 steals and 0.9 blocks per game across 228 regular-season appearances. Pippen earned seven All-NBA honors in total, as he was named to the Second Team and Third Team twice.

Derrick Rose – 1 time (2011)

Rose was named to the All-NBA First Team in the third season of his career, arguably his best season in The Association. After earning the Rookie of the Year Award in 2008-09 and being named an All-Star the following season, Rose took the league by storm in 2010-11 and won the MVP after averaging 25.0 points, 7.7 assists and 4.1 rebounds per game across 81 regular-season appearances.

Joakim Noah – 1 time (2014)

Noah spent the first nine seasons of his NBA career with the Bulls, a period in which he had multiple individual accolades and earned a reputation as an elite rim protector and hard-nosed defender. He had the best season of his career in 2013-14. Aside from being named to the All-NBA First Team, he earned a spot on the All-Defense First Team, played in the All-Star Game, was named the Defensive Player of the Year, and finished fourth in the MVP voting. In that season, Noah averaged 12.6 points, 11.3 rebounds, 5.4 assists, 1.5 blocks and 1.2 steals per game across 80 regular-season appearances.
