DELAWARE, Ohio — A Delaware, Ohio-based furniture company is closing all of its stores across the country.

Franchise Group, which owns American Freight, announced it is filing Chapter 11 bankruptcy and will be shuttering all of the furniture store's 328 locations.

Franchise Group decided to close the furniture chain, saying it has struggled due to inflation and macroeconomic challenges. The company also owns Pet Supplies Plus, The Vitamin Shoppe, and Buddy's Home Furnishings, which are not a part of the bankruptcy.

Before the stores close, American Freight shoppers can save up to 30% off of products storewide, including living room sets, bedroom furniture, dining tables, refrigerators, washers and dryers and other items. No specific closing dates have been announced.
