The Cardinals kick off OTAs on Wednesday. Have a look at the rest of their offseason schedule.

The Arizona Cardinals begin the final part of the offseason program on Wednesday. It is the beginning of OTAs (voluntary organized team activities).

It is the beginning of Phase 3. Teams are able to practice offense vs. defense. They might have helmets on but not pads. They can go 11-on-11 or 7-on-7. Whether the Cardinals do much of this is yet to be seen.

The two weeks of OTAs are voluntary. They will have a week of mandatory minicamp.

NFL rules permit three weeks and 10 practices for OTAs and a week of minicamp with three practices. The Cardinals will hold only two weeks of OTAs.

Here is the remaining offseason schedule.

After these three weeks, the players will break and return at the start of training camp. Dates have not been announced, but since we know the date of the first preseason game (Aug. 9), we know when they will report.

Teams may report 15 days before their first preseason game. That means the Cardinals will report on July 25 and hold their first practice on July 26, a Saturday.
