WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - The statewide gas price average in Texas is $2.74 per gallon for regular unleaded fuel.

According to AAA Texas, that price is the same as this day last week and is 15 cents less per gallon compared to this day last year.

According to new data from the Energy Information Administration (EIA), gasoline demand increased from 8.32 million b/d last week to 8.57.
