Just when you thought no one would be able to top the Tide Pod trend, someone comes along with something even more unheard of. In this case, we’re talking about the return of goat yoga!

Okay, so perhaps snacking on Tide Pods is still the reigning champ for the wackiest fad we’ve ever heard of, but the idea of striking a downward doggy position beside a baby goat is pretty goofy. That’s precisely the experience you’ll be signing up for (and more!) when you enroll in one of the goat yoga classes offered at Little Goat Farm at the Lake, in Prince William County. And even better, this trend isn’t a danger to you or the goat! Fortunately, for those of us who may not be able to make the drive, lessons are scattered across various locations within the NOVA region, including Middleburg and Alexandria. However, you’ll definitely want to consider making some time for one of the classes hosted on the farm, so you can snuggle up to some of the other animals roaming around the area.

Lessons are, of course, beginner-friendly and often take place in a tranquil field overlooking Lake Manassas. Occasionally, guests also enjoy live music performed by local bands. And for all you go-hard-or-go-home types, on June 9, the farm will host an all-day goat yoga extravaganza! In addition to the traditional lesson, this event offers more time to explore one’s inner-peace, enjoy some of the organically grown foods cultivated on the farm, and, of course, bask in some much-needed cuddle time with the animals. Luckily, the goats will be supplied! Have you ever tried goat yoga? What furry friend would you strike a warrior pose with? Let us know in the comments!
