RAYMOND — Errors hurt the MACCRAY baseball team late as Adrian/Ellsworth broke a 4-4 tie in the top of the seventh inning to beat the Wolverines 8-6 on Tuesday evening. Keegan Rand helped the Wolverines cut their deficit to 8-6 when his hard-hit ground ball forced a Dragons’ error which scored Jay Goldenstein and Grant Meyer. Both teams had six hits. Keegan Rand and Angel Mendoza each went 2-for-4 for MACCRAY. Rand, a senior infielder, had a double and one steal with two runs scored. Mendoza, a senior outfielder, had three RBIs.
