We had a busy night of basketball in Columbia district tournament play. Rock Bridge High School and Battle High School are hosts to Class 6 District 7 action.

At Rock Bridge, the Battle Spartans took on Fort Osage.

The Spartans move on in the bracket with a 95-67 victory.

Trading places with the Spartans, the Rock Bridge Bruins took on Grain Valley at Battle.

The Bruins would need 4 overtime periods to eventually take down Grain Valley, 78-77.

Heading back to Rock Bridge, the Hickman Kewpies took on Blue Springs, without star player Brock Camp.

The Kewpies would still cruise to victory, 57-47.
