Often called the "most lavish" brunch in downtown Denver, Ellyngton's Champagne Brunch will be offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 31. This one's not served buffet-style, but Del Frisco's brunch options are to die for. Try their Red Velvet Belgian Waffle or a Crabcake Benedict, along with something bubbly.
