With its three plans and optional à la carte add-ons, Bizee may be the perfect fit for small business owners looking for customized features. The free plan includes basic features, such as name searches and filing of the articles of organization for your LLC with the Kansas Secretary of State. A year of registered agent services is also included with this plan (as well as with the upper-tier plans), which is something that many other LLC services require you to pay an additional fee to receive.

You can also upgrade to the Standard plan or Premium plan, which include features such as an EIN, an operating agreement, a banking resolution and expedited filing, or you can pay only for the specific features you need—all of the features found in the upper-tier plans are available as à la carte add-ons with any plan.

Pricing

Bizee’s pricing structure is a good value for many small business owners. With the free plan including a year of registered agent services at no cost, you’re already ahead of what many other LLC services offer. After the free first year, the annual cost of registered agent services increases to $119, which is still very reasonable.

The Standard plan costs $199 plus the $160 Kansas filing fee. Businesses that only want an EIN ($70) and an operating agreement ($99) may opt to simply add these on. However, those who also want business contract templates ($150) and expedited filing ($50) may find that the $299 price for the Premium plan is the best value for their needs.

Unlike some competitors, such as ZenBusiness, that charge you the plan cost each year, Bizee’s plans are a one-time fee only.

Customer Service

Bizee offers both phone and live chat support. However, unlike some other LLC services that offer support on at least one weekend day, customers will only be able to reach Bizee during the week. Live agents (all of whom are fluent in English and Spanish) are available Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. CT.

Reputation

Bizee, which was called Incfile until the end of 2023, has more than two decades of experience helping business owners establish and run their companies. Reviews for Bizee on Trustpilot indicate that the majority of customers are satisfied with the level of support they receive. The overall rating for the LLC service is 4.7 with more than 80% of reviewers giving the service a 5-star rating at the time of writing.
