This one’s a toughie. Do I lean hard into the intricate Japanese offerings of Epcot’s serene Takumi-Tei ? Or admit that the offerings of the Magic Kingdom’s (can’t we simply call it?) Skipper Canteen are not only delicious but likely to offer a wider appeal to the readership?

Okay, let’s settle on that.

What Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen lacks in ease of mention, it more than makes up for in a menu that spans and fuses African, Asian and Latin American cuisines while engaging Disney aficionados with its fun Jungle Cruise theming. Extra points for offering cocktails in the Kingdom, and fun ones, at that! As well as proximity to one of my favorite places in the realm: Aloha Isle. (Two words: Pineapple Float).

Back at Epcot, Spice Road Table ‘s refreshing and healthy Med offerings (and shaded, lakeside tables) help to take the edge off my persistent sorrow at the loss of Morocco’s Tangierine Cafe.
